Apologies for this very basic question, but I've searched UA and this forum, but haven't found the concise, definitive rules in one place for earning EQMs based on flights and related bonuses. Can anyone confirm/comment on what my current understanding is of the earnings rate for EQMs on flights?

My understanding:

EQMs earned on all base miles on UA and *A partners

Fare Bonuses:
Plus 50% EQM bonus for Y/B/C/D/J/Z/F fares for UA coded flights on UA Metal
Plus 50% EQM bonus for Y/B/C/D/J/Z/F fares for UA coded flights on US Metal
Plus 50% EQM bonus for Y/B/C/D/J/Z/F fares for LH transatlantic (only) flights

Is this right? Are there any other bonuses for EQMs, such as a bonus based on status?
