Santarpio's is FANTASTIC!! Check to see if they're open for lunch during the week, though.

There are some phenomenal and dirt cheap restaurants in East Boston (where the airport is located).

You can take the airport subway station shuttle and walk to Santarpio's from there. There's a Mexican place in Maverick Square that is delicious and the best subs on earth at Carlo's on Bennington Street.

A little further out but still in East Boston is Belle Isle seafood. Amazing.
