Her business account includes everything - insurance and all - so they are told to decline everything always. Not being on that plan for the first time, she was not prepared for the barrage of upcharges, extras, and insurances. Yet she didn't want to expose herself to any liabilities. So in many ways, yes, it was like her first rental.
Sure, she was not prepared. That is not the point. Sounds like if you owned a business, your motto would be to rake the uninformed over the coals? Nice.
