I don't care if he's so rich already that $10 million is pocket change, it's still a classy move. And it will pay more than $10 million in employee loyalty dividends and even further cement the "Delta Spirit" for a crop of employees that may not have experienced much of it the first time around.
I seem to recall some speculation a couple of months ago that the only reason DL management was resisting US' buyout offer was to preserve their post-bankruptcy bonuses. (where's the smiley with one arched eyebrow?)
