Sounds like in typical OW style the left and hand hands don't know what each other are doing. I had this happen with a few bookings but the trick I mentioned above solved that as the database pulled the status back into the booking.

Suggest you call BA and ask them if they can see your CX DM status and if not ask them the agent to speak to the OW Helpdesk to sort the problem out. Not sure what is going on at BA at the moment but this seems to be a reoccurring problem. If it is any consolation, I have an AA booking for why my QF status cannot yet be seen.

I suspect OW main database is not as stable as StarNet which is Star Alliance's system.
