I am planning a BNE-AKL award in J. I am a VS UCS fan but want to try the NZ version. Simple, but now I want to go to Dunedin too….

So I looked at the AKL to DUD fares. $400US for October or any date really. And it seams to be high anywhere.

Any suggestions to find a lower fare to Dunedin or anywhere on the south island or is this a class example of no competition?
