Actually, I talked to them and they were really helpful. They were going to let me use my MR points for a room and then charge $10.00 per night for parking for the length of my needed parking. I considered that a deal. This was a lot cheaper than Ohare on-site and still cheaper than the shuttled off-site parking I've used around Ohare in the past. But I needed 8 nights, so they suggested I consider the park and fly rate of $139. Rather than spend a CAT 3 portion of points and then pay $80.00, I opted to buy the room with the parking and save my points for later. So I think they were extremely helpful.
