- $0 cash, raise, exit bonus, etc.. Just his regular $338,000 salary.

And of course THIS will get buried on page 10. To the management of DL, this is such a top shelf move that you guys took no raises or bonuses through this and G donating his to charity, WOW!!!!! My respect for him is even higher!!!!!!
