It's been a while since I was there, but it's a two-storey lounge. There are stairs connecting the two floors, but there is also a lift. I've mostly been through there in the evenings and I would describe it as "mood lighting", i.e., not exactly dark but most definitely subdued lighting. Daytimes could well be different, of course.

I have done a morning flight from there and I recall that the nice food (although I can't be specific as to what that was!) ran out on the ground floor level PDQ although upstairs had fewer gannets and the food lasted longer ;-)

My last flight through was up to EDI in the evening and, much to my surprise, they had a Brunello on offer at the world wine bar! It was great - made quite a dent in the bottle!!
