I'm with
Cargo Cult ^ I object to being
forced in to something. I always OLCI (where permitted). I seldom PYOBP since I don't often have access to a printer. I will nearly always SSCI (where permitted) to get my actual BP at the airport if I have hand luggage only since it is indeed far quicker normally. If I have luggage to check though, there is zero benefit to making me PYOBP/SSCI before then proceeding to a desk

I'm all for BA encouraging people who don't need to use desks, not to...but there's a certain way of going about it. Forcing them and barking "no exceptions" (an outstation trait not a LON one IME - I had it at MAD the other week) is pathetic and liable to be a disincentive. If BA want to educate people and
encourage them to do something, how about giving an incentive - e.g. miles for OLCI/PYOBP/SSCI...?
