That's very useful, thanks. And interesting! All fares I have looked at from Paris Gare du Nord to Brussels are €78 single (fully-flexible, they don't give you any other choice unless you buy return). I just checked CDG2-Brussels for the days I want and I can get it for €30 single (no return purchase required). Add to that €8.10 for the RER to CDG and it's still less than half price! OK, bit more hassle but not THAT much
