We can't OLCI...but WHY?
Just tried to OLCI for our flight to HKG tomorrow but received the following message instead.

Sorry, we are unable to offer you Online Check-in for this flight on this occasion.

To check in and receive your boarding pass, please proceed to the airport.

Any suggestions as to why this may be?
SWMBO will NOT be happy if we do not get the 62J & K seats we pre-selected some time ago!
