The Conrad Punta del Este is overrated IMO and my preference there is a friend's apartment or house around there after having done one too many stays at that Conrad hotel.

I don't see many 10-15 year olds at the Conrad PDP but I do see a fair amount of sub-7 year olds running around with their parents there.
