If you currently have a WP Visa card, you cannot particpate at all according to both the terms & conditions fine print and an answer I got when asking WP why I got a promo about Let's Make a Mile mailed to me on Nov 7 when they had given me 15000 miles on Oct 27 for successfully applying for a no-annual-fee WP Visa (on which info is at
