I'm looking to spend about five days in either location next winter. We'll bring our three kids. I've read mixed reviews about Punta del Este, and have seen little on Vina del Mar. We're going to combine this trip with Bahia, if that matters.

I'm most interested in activities/sites that will keep our teens/pre-teens occupied. If we go to Punta, we'd stay at the Conrad (and use points.) Not too sure about properties in Vina.
