Quick thoughts on the items I have the most experience with :

B) It's American Eagle, ATR-72, You'll get a soda and a bag of something.
G) Obviously will have to clear customs - get your walking shoes on, It's a long one.
H) I like the AC in San Juan and am fact sitting in it right now. Will cost you $50 for you $25 for each extra I believe.... have to pay for sandwiches & alocholic drinks - but chips and soda are free. Good TV's and relatively comfortable areas.
I) US & AA are located in "one terminal" but they are not connected behind security. This will take you a little time and the "piers" that HNL refers to are quite a walk apart actually.
J) Never had any issues with my Treo in San Juan or USVI.
