As we all keep saying over and over, DL may have its weak points, but their front line people aren't one of them. Thank you to all the ANGELS at Delta who help us out every day. I just got back from a trip to SFO that was repaired by the goddesses in the ATL C crown room twice (a total of about 6 hours work on their part) and it never would have happened without them!
