Delta delivers when things have been very bad..God bless them..

I want to give hugs and thanks to a Barbara Allen at Medallion Desk at Delta....I had a most complicated ticket booked to SIN for last January, had a heart attack in October and what looked like an impossible way to get any sort of refund for this convoluted ticket. I did supply the medical letters from my doctor and then it was all taken care of by Ms. Allen, SMS, and the very kind people in the Refund Dept at Delta. I did receive a total refund for this very messy ticket.

Thank you to Ms. Barbara Allen and all at SMS customer Care. My Loyalty to Delta remains constant. I will eat Sunchips to China if I know these people at Delta will work with me. I have always loved Delta and now love them even more......They certainly deliver when it is important. Again, God Bless you all at Delta. I will always support you in any way I can...

DL lurkers...please make sure Ms. Allen gets at least a great bottle of champagne or better, send her to a DL FT Do....see community buzz...
