On a rather different note I had someone film me on their phone camera without my consent recently. It seriously wound me up as this person would then potentially be free to slander me with my image on U-tube or where they pleased. I know why you did it and I would have been mighty tempted as the person had assaulted you and also they were refusing to give their names, but I think that we should all be careful about this area of filming staff doing thier job. It really should be the last resort. When I was filmed then I really did feel that my personal space had been seriously invaded. I am sure that many of us when in this situation would feel personally violated as well.

However, I still maintain from my earlier post that you were indeed assaulted and that this needs to be seriously dealt with by BA. No exceptions.
