His comments to me in another thread certainly represent his arrogance, and, quite frankly, I know several airline pilots, and they are all rational, thinking adults, not prone to the anger and vituperation he has so readily expressed in so many threads.

While he claims to not represent his airline in an official capacity, he has represented HIMSELF to be a B6 pilot, and, in so doing, whatever he says DOES represent the airline. He told me that I was not welcome again as a B6 passenger. I am glad to know that he can make that decision on behalf of B6, especially since, despite my negative experiences with the company, and my negative perception of their operation, I am a customer who always complies with crew member instructions, and is always mindful of all regulations. I never complain to the front-line personnel about things they cannot correct, and over which they have no control.

Is he really a B6 pilot? I have no idea. It seems to me that B6 management would take a really dim view of their employees posting rude responses to complainants, unofficially "banning" them from B6, or, at the very least, "inviting" them to never spend their money on B6 again.
