I got an automated msg telling me that my flight had been changed to YYZ PHL CLT with an overnight in CLT before going on to SXM, the message said to call 800-883-1027 if I wanted to speak to someone - so I did 4 hours later I get an agent telling me I have the Domestic desk and she can't help me and will transfer me to the International desk - line went somewhere I finally hung up at 2:00am.
Got up this morning and called the French language number and after a 3 1/2 hour wait -back at the domestic desk and she can't help, once again a transfer to the other desk - this time I got a message that I needed to call back. Finally went to YYZ airport and got it straightened out - now leaving 24hours later - assuming the plane makes it to YYZ tonight for the 6:30AM flight to CLT. No where on the web site where I found the French language number did it say this was for domestic fligths only and there were no choices, just dropped into the queue.
Should have gone to the airport this morning for the cancelled flight I probably would have got further!!!
