In FRA 2 hours should be enough to take a shower at the lounge.
I really do not care for the seats. My main concern is whether to get back home as quickly as possible with three transfers and, possibly, without a shower (by the time we reach FRA we'll be travelling for over 24 hours without one) or get home a few hours later with only two transfers and time to relax bewteen the flights...
