please help. I have a 7:55a flight out of lga tomorrow, and am trapped in upstate ny with no way to get down there.

so, I am desperately trying to cancel the reservation, but can't find anyplace to do that on the continental.com website. I can "change" the flight, but can't cancel.

and, obviously, the phone option is just not happening.

what should I do? please help if you can. thanks!
