Another possibility is the Gino's East located on Higgins Road. They DO deliver to O'Hare area hotels - I got a pizza delivered to the Westin a couple of months ago.

Be sure to ask for the one on Higgins Road.

Note: $2.00 delivery charge + tip (worth it if it's cold)!
