Unfortunately our winter here in MN has been almost non-existent until 2-3 weeks ago and it didn't last long - most of the snow has already melted.

I wish we had more of the white stuff but I am resigned to the fact that winter here is basically over .

Definitely look for a hotel room ASAP. They will fill up quickly. Also, if you travel enough, think about an annual travel insurance policy that covers weather delays. Many don't but mine does. Sure is nice when needed.
