And they're serious about you having to enter that reservation code if you have booked more than one ticket! FYI, the nearest internet cafe at LHR is in T3: back up from the HEX ticket desk, turn right toward T3 departures, go to the mezzanine floor (past the Virgin Atlantic check-in desks), and retrieve the codes from the confirmation mail they sent you.
