I was on a flight one time traveling MSP-SAN and one of the people I was traveling with had a tooth that was in somewhat bad shape and about 1 hr. in after traveling at altitude, they had to drop 5-8k feet because it turned into a life threatening situation. I had no idea what was going on as I was traveling in F, but after dropping altitude they came and got me to let me know what was going on. Ended up cutting our trip short to MEX and upon landing late at night, no cars were available except for this kicked up limited edition Firebird / Camero that was a beast! Had to get my traveling companion to the hospital after landing and got there in very short order! ^

Compensation should start at 25k in my opinion, also. What Doctors / medical professionals can do for us in the sky on their "own time" can make the difference between life and death.
