I fly CBR-BNE around 3-4 times per year and have found that the regular route from Canberra is over Bathurst, Mudgee, Tamworth and the Gold Coast. The return route is either over Inverell to Mount Canobolas or Parkes then Yass, or down the coast to Sydney and then tracking the regular SYD-CBR route near Goulburn. This is all in 737s to date.
