I will be traveling with the family (4 of us) in July and part of the trip requires we go from London to Dublin (work related) on July 28 before we leave for Paris on July 31st. While we like the adventure of just getting from place to place I think I would prefer flying into DUB but my wife would like to take the train and ferry. I know it is subjective but I think due to limited time a quicker transportation option would be better, although I can be convinced otherwise. What would one see on the train/ferry route that would make this worth it?
