I'm in the camp of those saying 'just do your job and get me there and stop trying to entertain me.' If I want to be entertained, I'll go see a movie.
I've been on his flights a couple times and after a long day of meetings, battling through security lines, etc. his singing certainly makes me smile, and seems to be a small uplift for the other passengers.
I am not a fan of those captains who give sightseeing tours, however, if you are ever on one his flights i think you might change your "tune"
