that's the name of the restaurant - at the end of Winslow. However; there is a place in Cannon Beach with the same name run by the same people who run Stephanie Inn.

Winslow (on Madison) is the Winslow Way Cafe and Cafe Nola, slightly
futher is Madoka, a Japanese restaurant. Around the
corner near the water is "Doc's" (Doc's Marina Grill) and "The Pub" (The Public House). Winslow ends at the water. I always thought those were private homes out there on the water but I will check it out.
