If you have enough time .... you could try and blag a check in at LIN
Don't forget to tell the taxi driver it's Milano Piazzale Cadorna station, not Central Station. Depending on how much time you have, you might be better just to get the airport-to-airport bus. I don't know how long it takes but even with traffic it's unlikely to be more than an hour and a half.
