Or it could be like the Bellagio in Vegas, where they do not include a ethernet cord, and then have one in the room available for purchase for $12 or something :P

I use wireless EVDO with Sprint (not a card though...i tether over my treo 700p). the speeds are decent, but I def would not want to be downloading large files on it, but it is good enough for webbrowsing, checking your email, etc.
