I have no idea -- I've only heard him sing from the cockpit and not actually come into the cabin and regale the passengers with a guitar (!). That surely was a one-off...

And the plane in the video doesn't look like an AA 777 which is what AA 131 LHR-JFK and all the other LHR flights on AA use...
