Yeah I saw Pol Roger on the cart on my LHR-SFO flight in C back in January. I'm not a champagne guy so I didn't have any but I recognized the brand and thought it was unusual for C.
Correction: I'm a champagne guy when that's all the booze there is to drink.. i.e. during predeparture

Yeah, it seems to be the most common C class champers these days. I'm impressed how good it is at altitude compared to many other champagnes... I'd like to think that UA made a conscious decision here, but...
