I called the MP CS and spoke to them. According to them, even though the UAL website summary of activity may not show it, they internally have all the activity listed and most of the missing bonuses for check-in and online booking were there and counted in the totals.

I reviewed with them 5 flights from 2006 and 2007 and was assured that, save 1 missing booking bonus, they were all there.

What I did not know (or remember?) was that the check-in bonus supposedly had a 5000 mile accrural cap and that I had fulfilled that cap - so they tell me I am no longer eligible for Check-in bonuses. Can anyone here confirm that?

Does irk me a bit though that the online summary does not show all the activity that their system shows them. That will just cause us to be worried and then bombard their CS with calls wanting to clarify "missing" credits. And even if the miles total is correct, how are we going to verify it when we don't have the activity to back up a "higher" mileage total than we seem to have earned?

I would hope they can get this straightened out. The CSR did willingly offer to send out a complete hard copy summary to me for my review and records which I gladly accepted. And the 2 Philipine CSR's I dealt with were courteous and helpful, despite a somewhat poor call connection from my cell phone. So kudos to them.

(God, I didn't think I'd start using abbreviations and acronyms so fast here.)
