Oh Rita (or is this really Leona Helmsley ?)

I wouldn't consider a pilot who earns $ 150,000+ a year to be "service people". And he's not in the background, he's in the front of the plane trying to keep you and the other 200 people alive and comfortable. But since he wears a name tag and a uniform, he probably deserves your condesention.

Aren't we all service people ? why should anyone be relegated to the background ? (except, of course, those who wear hair nets, they're just gross)
