It appears (to me) that if it doesn't concern a reservation then the majority of communication to Delta is via email.

Am I missing the list of telephone numbers where I can speak to a person instead of getting a formula email response that twice now has not addressed my specific question about Crown Room admitance?

I am trying to get an answer as to whether one has to be flying on Delta to be admitted to the Crown Room on a One-time day pass. The website says yes in one place and no (any airline) in other.....
