FWIW, NWA.COM does show a 200K RT MEM-AMS using NW58 on 3/16 as the outbound, but that would be rulebuster WBC. Does rulebust WBC come out of Z, too?

This flight has only met one of the requirements, the Z = > 1. You also have to look at the award availability (below) and you will see that CS and CA = - not +. I do not think you have a great chance at this because if you look at my post I have found that they will open award seats if J/C = >7 and this one is showing 6. I will keep an eye on it as well.
