I book my tkts on aa.com. Often I need to copy some parts of the itin to my letterhead to give to clients. This often happens when I see multiple clients on one trip and I used one itin. Example - 8 segs on itin and I only need to show 4 of them.

The aa.com format is good and I would like to copy over to word or excel. Unfortunately, when I cut and paste it messes up the formatting.

I hope I expalined this OK. Any ideas?
