I'm trying to use some of my miles to upgrade the MEL-BKK vs sectors. I called ROP, gave them my travelling dates and although they were friendly and very helpful, was told that there was no availability.

I'm not sure if the lady I spoke with was talking about business avilability or upgrade availability as KVS still indicates C, D and J still show good availabilty. Z is showing as 0.

Is it possable to waitlistlist a Y-C upgrade, or will they only upgrade me if they have availbilty in I class which I think is their upgrade bucket?
