The ex-HK price is now published on cxagents.com. It is indeed +10% on all A and D fares (but apparently no change on L). Effective 20 March.

Note that the Fare Rules as issued by CX for flights ex-HKG for Global Explorer, Oneworld Explorer and Circle Trip have been reissued effective 19 March removing BA Connect from the list of BA affiliates and with the new ex-HKG prices.
