I missed those days back in college when WN used to have $29 one way from OAK-LAX/ONT/BUR/SNA. With taxes, it came to $75 all in. It was also when they had the double credit promo. So essentially, it was fly 4 RT, get 1 RT free. 4RT x $75 = $300. The free RT voucher went on ebay for $300 (I am in no way suggesting that selling voucher is legal. In fact, it's not

) So, it was pretty much free to fly

Ohh if only those fares would ever come back.....

Actually, UA has been having $108 LAX-SFO RT all in for a while. I still think it's pretty good. And of course, with as little as 1,000 miles, you can knock that down to $83 all in
