No change in policy. Members need not be flying.
However, I just read a press release in either the CO or NW website that they are building a first-ever, new joint WorldClub/ Presidents Club somewhere in China.
Maybe it was Shanghai. In any event, I'd suggest that the issue is that it is not a
true WorldClub, but a contracted lounge.
