I am quite sure our paths have crossed a few times already . Its folks like you who keep us on NW. Frankly, if the ratio of basejumpers to couldcarelessandhatemyjob was much worse I would have to seriously reconsider NW. I love the upgrades and the status but I am loyal to NW primarily because of the fact that as a high mileage flyer I feel like you (you and many but not all of your colleagues) really care about your job and your customers. It is sooo clear when someone has a career vs a job and my hat is off to you and I hope NW gets it.
