"Priority handling" is a joke on NW. I won't allow the agents to put the bright yellow tags on my bags. The ONLY time I've had lost and damaged luggage on NW was with "priority handling" tags affixed. Not sure what exactly happens but I'd rather be anonymous when it comes to my luggage.
