this has been asked in the CO forum and the answers are similar. Most say that FA only see names, status, if any, and non-revs in FC. supposedly there is nothing that shows fare classes or if the passenger is an upgrade or reward.

with that said however, i have been on numerous CO flights where the FA has jumped around the cabin taking food orders. it was if she was going by either status or the paid FC customers first and then returning to 1A to continue left to right, front to back, thus ensuring that whoever she felt was more important got their choices first.

I have never been in paid F where I was asked out of order, but I am usually in the first row so i cant really tell. the times ive seen the jumping around i was on elite upgrades.
