its Cafe Campagne.

I've eaten upstairs at Campagne, but never in the downstairs cafe. I was underwhelmed with the upstairs.

Maximilien in the Market is right next to the fish throwing place, has a great menu, and an excellent view. http://www.maximilienrestaurant.com

I'm also a fan of Marketspice Tea, and DeLaurentis market
