Per the Terms & Conditions:

Changes – US Airways travel only
  • Changes must be requested by contacting US Airways Reservations and are subject to award seat availability
  • Changes to the point of origin, destination, or stopover are permitted, provided the new itinerary is still within the valid travel areas allowed by the original award. A $100 service fee will be charged for any such changes.
  • Changes to flight times and/or dates are permitted at no charge. This includes changes to connecting points, provided origin and destination remain the same
The $100 'service' fee is contingent upon the type of change you are looking to make.

Changes – tickets with airline partner
  • No changes of any kind are permitted once travel has commenced.
  • Before travel commencement, changes to the point of origin, destination, or stopover are permitted but are subject to a service fee, provided the new itinerary is allowed with the original award redeemed. Changes to flight times and/or dates before travel begins are permitted, at no charge.
  • Changes must be requested by contacting US Airways Reservations and are subject to award seat availability.
