It all depends on wind direction, I'm afraid. And this time of year that gets very tricky to predict. If the wind is from the SE (the most common summer wind) or if there is negligible wind, the flights will land from the N and your best views will be on the right of the plane. If the wind is from the NW, as it is during the winter storms, you should be ok on both sides as they overfly to False Bay, turn around and land (like aristoph said - except it's always against the prevailing wind). Either way I would plump for right rather than left.
